Brief analysis of the dynamics of agricultural exports of the Novorossiysk port from March 28 to April 03, 2022 (13 weeks)

Against the background of the aggravation of the geopolitical situation, at the end of February 2022, the shares of NCSP (Novorossiysk Commercial Sea Port) fell by 43%.

Throughout March, information in the press about the work of the largest port in the South of the country appeared in different directions.

But, in the current situation, the port not only continued its work, but also increased the volume of export shipments of grain and leguminous crops by 42.5% compared to the same period last year, which affected the recovery of the share price, although not in full.

 

 

From March 28 to April 3, 2022 (week 13), 376 057 tons of grain and leguminous cargoes were exported through the terminals of the Novorossiysk port.

Compared to the previous week, growth was 50.9%.

Compared to the same period in 2021, the increase was 42.9%.

 

 

 

 

327 845 tons of wheat shipped.

 

 

 

 

 

 

Compared to the previous week, the increase was 49.9%.

Compared to the same period in 2021, the increase was 75.7%.

 

35.8% of the total volume of grain cargo (134 485 tons) was exported by Trade House Rif LLC.

 

 

 

 

Most of the grain export shipments (48.5%) went to Turkey.
